You can access our website by entering the internet domains flexiguided.de and flexiguided.com in a browser. When using the website, we process personal data, as described under “Controller”.   • presenting the LiquidFeedback brand externally

The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

Storage Period

Personal data stored in log files is retained for seven days and then automatically deleted.

Automated Decision Making

Automated decision making pursuant to Article 22 GDPR does not take place.

  • the right to restriction of processing, Article 18 GDPR
  • the right to data portability, Article 20 GDPR
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, Article 77 GDPR

In addition, every data subject has the right to object, Article 21 GDPR. However, the right to object does not apply to data processing involved in visiting our website, since the collection of personal data is strictly necessary for the operation of the website.

To exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, an email to the controller is sufficient. Where necessary, the controller must verify the identity of the data subject before processing requests to exercise such rights. To exercise the right to lodge a complaint, the data subject must contact the relevant supervisory authority directly.
